We consult and train people behind closed doors.
But we also host bold, practical, and inspiring events, and some of them are open to you.
From AI masterclasses to leadership labs, DisruptHR spectacles, and Excellevate sessions, this is where our ecosystem meets the world.
Personal Brand: A Summer Review of Your Professional Image
Strategic online session with Maria Stoeva
August 4, Tuesday | 16:30 – 18:00 | Online | Limited to 10 participants
For women who want to be recognizable but don’t want to live on social media.
You may be very good at your job, and the people who have worked with you already know it. Yet the version of you that reaches everyone else may not carry any of that clearly enough. Recognition isn’t simply the reward for good work, it’s the result of shaping what people understand about you, what they associate you with, and when they think of you.

In 90 minutes, we’ll look at your professional image from the outside and work out what needs to start working better for you: what you look like to people who haven’t met you yet, what you want to be known for, which channels actually make sense for your goals, which myths you can safely discard, and how to build a realistic three-month plan that doesn’t fall apart by the third day. You’ll leave with self-study materials to keep working on afterwards.
This isn’t a webinar for influencers, and nobody will teach you to go viral. Personal branding is simpler and harder than that: it’s about being recognizable for the right things, to the right people.
DisruptHR Sofia vol. 7 “Good old times”
Why “GOOD old times”?
Because we’re all tired of business events that only talk about THE FUTURE.
The skills of the future.
The jobs of the future.
The technologies of the future.
The future, the future, the future…
When the past has so much to teach us.
Sometimes we feel as if we are living in a huge foreign land.
WE WANT TO SPEAK IN PURE BULGARIAN FOR ONE EVENING.

Let’s remember how we lived in those old days, when we didn’t just communicate, but truly connected.
When we knew that resources weren’t endless and we took care of our toys, clothes, and “connections”; when life wasn’t as comfortable as it is now…
But that’s why it taught us so much.
October 8, JOY Station will be waiting for us with 700 seats.
Disrupt will not be an event. It’s going to be a whole FESTIVAL.
We’re going to have the biggest, most comprehensive, most diverse, most interesting, and the most Bulgarian event yet.
Past Highlights
These events already happened – but they shaped what’s next.

DISRUPT HR SOFIA: The First Five Acts
The story so far. Loud. Bold. Sold out. Always.
DisruptHR Sofia didn’t gently “arrive” on the local scene. It crashed the doors, grabbed the mic, and asked the room one simple question:
“Ready to rethink HR, or should we bring the defibrillator?”
Since then, four editions later, the movement has turned into a full-scale phenomenon. Packed halls. Wild topics. Speakers who dare. And communities that actually show up. Every. Single. Time.
Here’s the quick tour through the chaos we proudly call progress:
Vol. 1: “HR is Dead! Long Live HR!”
The pilot that didn’t feel like a pilot.
14 speakers. 8 sponsors. 6 media partners. Sold out tickets and a packed hall.
Tickets vanished faster than PTO after a payroll delay. It was messy, loud, and absolutely unforgettable. HR officially woke up. Our goal was to provoke people to start thinking and talking about working with people in a new way.
Vol. 2: “Now This is Art…”
By the second edition, the room already knew the drill. In this edition, we wanted to show people that art comes in different forms and topics, and it was a ballet show, but with white sneakers.
Five-minute talks. 20 slides that flip every 15 seconds. No ads. No fluff.
Just pure adrenaline from the stage. 600 people in the hall.
This one proved something important. HR isn’t just business. It’s art… with better snacks and maybe some banitsa.
Vol. 3: “What a Circus!”
Here’s the twist. Calling it a circus wasn’t a metaphor. We didn’t want people to take themselves too seriously. The energy, the topics, the crowd. The chaos that somehow makes perfect sense. Networking partners jumped in, sponsors levelled up, and the audience… well, the audience acted like they bought tickets for Beyoncé.
350 attendees. 3/3 sold out Toplocentrala. This wasn’t another disrupt experience. People weren’t only watching, but living it.
Vol. 4: “Rockstars”
The fourth edition totally got us out of our comfort zone. It threw the event into orbit.
The rock business show that inspired people to be rockstars as leaders, mentors, HR’s and people. 11 speakers. 7 sponsors. 3 networking partners. 3 media partners.
350 attendees again, packed shoulder to shoulder.
It was loud. Electric. Larger than life. A true headline show. We even finished it by bringing a motorcycle into the hall.
Vol. 5: “Hidden Treasures”
The fifth edition featured a stronger program than ever before.
We came together around the idea that there are far too many hidden treasures in our lives – untapped resources, potential, and capacity that we can discover…
We introduced entirely new formats for audience participation. The audience wasn’t an audience – it was an active participant. The event was profound, meaningful, deeply human, and inspiring.
Sometimes the most valuable ideas don’t shout.
They quietly wait for someone to discover them.
Five Editions Later…
DisruptHR Sofia has gathered over 70 speakers, thousands of engaged professionals, and a community that grows faster than the slide timer on the big screen.
We talk about work, people, tech, and culture in a way that actually sounds human.
We break clichés instead of repeating them.
We challenge the status quo instead of decorating it. We’re teaching people something and doing it faster than ever before.
And we’re just getting started… ⚡️
