With over 10 years of experience across sales, business development, corporate training, and strategic consulting, she has partnered with more than 320 companies to drive growth and impact.
An expert in people development, Maria has trained and mentored business leaders across industries, enhancing their productivity, leadership, and business influence. Her career spans leadership of commercial and operational functions, as well as directing corporate training programs.
She is additionally certified in Agile Leadership and actively promotes digital transformation in HR as a brand ambassador for HR One.
